Our 1:1 Thrivage coaching is thoughtfully designed for women navigating perimenopause/menopause, midlife, and beyond, for women who want to stay strong, energised, and active for the long run.

 

We take a holistic approach that blends personalised support across fitness, nutrition, weight loss, stress management, sleep optimisation, recovery, and daily routines. Fitness Coaching & Personal Training

Exercise remains one the most preventative “medicines” that preserves quality of life and expands Healthspan. Not just the ability of moving your body by doing something as fundamental as going for a walk but a process of strength building. Strength is such an important part of healthy aging. It allows you to perform everyday activities independently and live a healthier, more active life; and ensures you stay functional as you get older.

 

Thrivage’s functional strength training is a form of exercise that imitates everyday movements to improve your ability to perform daily tasks. Exercises that mimic real-life movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and twisting. They improve not only your strength but your balance and coordination - think injury prevention!

We will onboard you onto our App, providing you with the best exercise options based on your personal goals and meeting you where you’re currently at. No, you don’t have to go to the gym, if you don’t feel comfortable with it! We also provide home-based exercise programmes.
