Thrivage was founded with the goal of empowering women on their healthy ageing journey.

We provide Health, Fitness & Nutrition Coaching services that aim to champion, inspire and guide women worldwide to live a happier, healthier life. Through a combination of education, behaviour change support, and practical tools, we’ll empower you to make informed choices and build the right habits to support your health goals.

Thrivage is the brainchild of Founder and Coach, Cecile Picot. Originally hailing from Nice on the beautiful French Mediterranean coastline, she has called Scotland home for the last 27 years. Cecile has lived in many different countries, speaks 5 European Languages and has gathered an invaluable insight into various cultures.
Following her own experience with changes during perimenopause, she made it her mission to research disciplines that have a positive impact on maximising our Healthspan. Not accepting the mentality of aging gracefully but instead focussing more on how to help women to be active and thriving for as long as possible, she gained diplomas and certificates, qualifications that were aimed at how to best support us women with a holistic approach.​

She brings her Mediterranean flair to Thrivage’s nutrition coaching. Cooking from scratch, using a wide array of wholefoods, vegetables, pulses, olive oil etc. that influence the Mediterranean Diet and its many health benefits, has been instilled in her from very early on.

Health Coach Dip CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine): With a holistic approach the purpose of a Health Coach is to help individuals gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to take responsibility for their diet and lifestyle, enabling them to reach their health goals. Topics covered: Body Systems, Nutrition (Foods to support clients in general but also with chronic conditions), Weight Management, Intolerances, ​Stress Management, Sleep Optimisation, Blood Sugar Regulation, and the Importance of Exercise.

Level 3 Personal Trainer: Deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and advanced teaching and programming techniques.

Level 3 Supporting Clients with Long-term Conditions: Knowledge and skills to design and deliver safe, effective exercise programmes for individuals with chronic conditions. Behaviour Change Techniques.
